[HCDX] UNID 15445 kHz

There is a transmitter on the air for 1 hour (1400-1500 UTC) on 15445 kHz with:
1400-1430 Chinese
1430-1500 Kazakh?
In the second half of the transmission I heard something like Kazakh Radio..... also
Almaty, Kazakhstan mentioned.
The transmitter signs on slightly past the hour (20 seconds...40 seconds), as it is
retuned from another frequency.
The only IS is played at the end (1500): a couple of tones played on keyboard. It is
usually cut as it is necessary to retune the transmitter to another frequency (it
seems so)...
Fair to good signal here in the middle of Europe.
