You didn't give the time, but I suppose that's IBRA Radio which broadcasts
in several West African languages (but not Swahili) from 1900-2000 UTC on that
frequency via Julich, Germany.
 Before that VoA / Radio Free Afghanistan use that QRG for long hours in
Pashto and Dari, which sounds neither christian nor african.
 You may find my website http://www.eibi.de.bu/  useful in such cases. Yet
there's no frequency-wise listing, due to lack of time and mood for
programming, but CTRL+F is "find" in most browsers and in most cases is not too much of
a trouble.
