Yesterday I have received a QSL card from Radio Rossii confirming a report of the Khanty-Mansiysk regional tx. RV703 on 4820 KHz heard here on March-03-2001!! so it tooks more than 2 years!. No follow-up sent. QSL-card comes from R.R. HQ in 19/21, 5th Yamskogo Polia St., Moscow 125040. No v/s.
