[HCDX] UNID 7285

[mwdxer@xxxxxxxxx (Patrick Martin)]

7285    UNID, while looking for Radio Tashkent, I heard a station from
1430-1500 UTC 5/6 in Hindi. There was an ID (presumed) by a female at
1459, then into program in Chinese at 1500. Any idea who this is?
