[HCDX] Macedonia back on

Hi all,

Noted at 0823 on 4890kHz, an English (American accented) preacher with 
everything being translated into SS. Presume this is Macedonia back on.

Signal was fighting it out with PNG though generally dominant and stronger 
than previously heard.
