Just read your query in HCDX about
5995 kHz UNID - RTV du Mali transmit in French and Arabic to
west Africa from 06.00 - 08.00 utc I believe.
Also (according to EiBi http://www.eibi.de.vu/ ) 4783 + 4835 kHz
parallel.
