[HCDX] UNID 5995 (more)
5995 UNID, 0700 UTC 4/11/03. In reviewing the tape I found children
saying (ID or jingle) at 0700, what sounded like "Mali". At 0700
programming went into FF. Anyone else hear this?

5995 UNID, sounded like an African with drums and Tropical sounding
mx. Before 0700 UTC language sounded more like a native language. After
0700 prog was in French. No time pips at 0700. Short musical interlude
(African Tropical music) 4-11-03. Anyone have an idea?
