[HCDX] Brother Stair on 1386

Oh no, now on MW, too. On 7 Apr at 1925 on 1386 Brother
Stair partly covered by VOR in English. Could this be via
Lithuanian transmitter? He mentioned a 50.000 Watt transmitter
covering Middle East and parts of Europe, but I guess was
talking about some other frequency, not this one. I didn't stay
on the frequency too long, 15 minutes of Brother and VOR
simultaneously was enough :).
