The postcode should read  SL9 8TN  (S19 would send it to Sheffield rather
than Gerrards X!)

Otherwise that address is correct. It can be shortened a bit by dropping the
county name (no longer required by Royal Mail on any UK address), so that
would make it:

SSVC
Chalfont Grove
Narcot Lane
Chalfont St. Peter
Gerrards Cross SL9 8TN
UK
