BS Mar 26 S9 signal level.  In EE, female with mx program. 1633 family 
messages being read to the soldiers in Iraq.  Excellent signal level at S7 
level.  Then to a pop tune at 1634. Frequent deep fades but totally audible 
and always above the noise floor.  ID hrd at 1638 as BFBS by male 
announcer.  A complete mix of varous programs and mx.  Advert for 
Allistor Cook's 'Letter from America' was hrd at 1639 then to a tune by Tracy 
Chapman.  A very enjoyable program to listen to. (Montgomery,

AUSTRALIA 15480, 1518-1530, HCJB AUSTRALIA Mar 26 
Very weak and partially audible.  ID hrd at 1518 by male announcer then a 
short mx piece, 'Send in the Clowns'  Male annoucner with talks in EE but 
difficult to get clear copy.  S meter reads 0.  Interludes of 'Send in 
the Clowns' is played after each short talk. Reading excerts from the Bible 
hrd.  AZ is 307 degrees and not beamed toward N. America.  ID hrd 
again at 1527 by male announcer.  Then female singing the  'Lords 
Prayer'.  Id again at 1529 and then to news items. by male announcer.

MADAGASCAR 3215, 0255-0310, ADVENTIST WORLD R. Mar 
27 Local African tune hrd at tune in.  Then to female announcer in Malagasy 
language with talks.  S 3 signal level but difficult copy.  ID is 
presumed as I recognize the announcer's voice.  Signal became weaker and 
almost not readible by 0310. (Montgomery, PA) 
SAO TOME 4960, 0343-0350, VOICE OF AMERICA Mar 27 
ID hrd in EE, VOA News now in progress.  News items about the war in 
Iraq.  S 4 signal level.  Some interference from static crashes.  
Talks about home land security and other related items.  Fairly nice copy.

News items about the war in Iraq.  ID at 1506, This is VOA news.  S1 
signal level.  Xtmr located in Thailand.  Special EE or EE lesson 
program at 1507,  Signal audible but difficult copy as very weak.

TUNISIA 15450, 1452-1515, R.TUNIS Mar 26 Arabic 
music at tune in.  Weak but audible signal with fades.  S1 signal 
level with peaks to S-3.  Male announcer in Arabic at 1455.  Quran 
heard at 1456.  Female announcer at 1459 with ID in EE, Welcome to R. 
Tunisia.  Very pleasant voice. Then to news items in Arabic with 
echo.  Female announcer very fast talker.  Echo so bad at times, even 
if I knew some Arabic not discernable.  Did hear Iraq mentioned several 
times.  Male announcer at 1502.  Interludes of very soft mx.

UGANDA 4976, 0322-0345, R.Uganda Mar 27 Nice 
African tune in progress at tune in and then to male announcer in EE with 
program features.  Nice copy at S 2 signal level. Then to a Loria Branigan 
tune, 'Lucky One' at 0325.  Signal dropped way down and finally recovered 
at 0331 with a nice African tune.  Id hrd at 0334 by male announcer.  
Very up beat program.  Id again at 0340 as Radio Uganda. Brittany Spears 
pop tune next.  Static crashes starting to cover most of the signal level
