Hrd on march 20 - 2100 UTC - 4085 KHz in arabic  with gd sig 55544 - prog 
mil music and oriental songs - seems to be "the Voice of Iraqi Liberation" 
reported on 4025 KHz ???
Any information about this new frequency ???
