[HCDX] Coup d'état in Central African Republic

In the Central African Republic, supporters of former army General Francois
Bozizé say they have taken over control of the country. A spokesperson for
the rebels says they have captured the presidential palace, the airport, and
the radio and television station. They say the coup d'état has been
completed successfully and General Bozizé will speak to the people later.
