Bogdan,

Nothing active on 49m, except maybe RAE but no longer using 6060 for 
English. Best bet is at 0200-0300 Tue-Sat on 11710. Spanish and other 
languages on 15345 and perhaps 9690 ought to make it at various other times.

Then there are all those ISB feeder frequencies of various Bs. As. stations, 
the most often reported being 15820.
