[HCDX] Voice of Africa/Libyan Jamahiriya

According to the 2003 Passport this station has four English
transmissions each day.
However, when I listen around the times indicated the station is still
going strong in Arabic.

Do any of you know if the station does still broadcast in English for
short periods? If so when? Thanks in advanvce.
