[HCDX] 9675 UNID
Ran across UNID this morning on 9675 around 1322, woman speaking and light
orchestral music, too weak to ID the language, but I thought Russian or
something Slavic. Programming low-key, like old Mayak stuff, so checked
available Moscow parallels, but it wasn't them. Audio was too clean (i.e.
none of the characteristic hum) to be Russia-based in any event. Left the
air 1357*. Nothing in any of my skeds. Probably nothing rare either, but
just curious to find out what.
