[HCDX] "CBS Mascot" design contest winner

Central Broadcasting System (CBS) has announced the result of "CBS Mascot" design contest. This contest was organized by CBS to mark the CBS's 75th Anniversary. The result can be found in Chinese Homepage of CBS (http://www.cbs.org.tw/big5/activities/lucky/reward.htm). There are 59 winners in this list.
