[HCDX] Regarding 675 kHz NRK.

Been in touch with Norkring,which is responsible for all MW stations
(and others as well),there is no DRM transmissions on NRK 675 Røst,at
least no DRM-equipment is installed at the tx.
At the moment it seems like the tx is having tx problems,tx drops in and
out,and has a very high noise level at my own QTH. So looks like the
failure is periodic.

This failure has been for several days,but I havent made a big notice of
it before today,so I hope tx failure would be fixed as soon as possible.

Tx was in for a 15-20 minutes time,and dropped out again at 1410 UTC.
