[HCDX] 13mb open to Asia at 0200

Dear All,

I had a tune around 0200-0300 last night.

I was surprised to find VOA from Thailand on 21770 in Uzbek. The signal was
fairly weak though steady.

On 21580 I heard VOA Mariana's sign off at 0300 in Chinese at a similar
level.

There were no other signals in the 13mb.

Conditions have been good lately. These are high power stations. It must be
sunrise at the far end. However I wonder what VOACAP would say about the
chances at this time and frequency.
