[HCDX] UNID

A few days ago, my brazilean friend, the DXer Samuel Cassio M., from Sao
Carlos, SP, tell me about a UNID on 4890v with religious talks.
He can heard the station at 0200+, 0500+, etc (UTC TIME)
Today, I heard the UNID on 4890,19 khz, from 0810 to 0910 UTC, with good
signal, with a very long religious talk in spanish by male (not
announcement, not ID`s).
Perhaps Radio Chota, Chota, Peru, with extend hourly and religious
programme???
According to Domestic Broadcasting Survey , 4 edition, Radio Chota tx
1100-0230 UTC
