Just got notified by Amazon that WRTVH has been
shipped. The FIRST time that I ordered, I picked an extra book to get the free
shipping. The SECOND (yes!) time that I HAD to order, I picked an extra book
(again!) to get the free shipping. Now I get an invoice that shows I was charged
12 DOLLARS for shipping! Thieves! NEVER AGAIN!
