[HCDX] HF-150 frequency alignment

It looks that after three years of heavy use
(including extensive travel and many, many bumps), my
HF-150 needs frequency alignment.  The display is
about 1 kHz off.

Does anybody in this forum know the frequency
alignment procedure for the HF-150?  Any help will be
greatly appreciated.
