[HCDX] Radio Minsk

Hi all - and Olle!
Today, Feb 2nd, at 0645 I heard a Russian speaking station on 5256 kHz with 
quite good strength in USB. Lots of pop music played and a news bulletin and 
a weather report was heard around 0700. Lots of commercials. I think I heard 
"Radio Minsk" in the identification. Do you know anything about this 
"station"?
