[HCDX] Brazilian on 4865 kHz ?

Hi !

I heard a Brazilian station on 18th January after 2200 UTC on 4865 kHz. The station announces as ?Radio Brasileiro Tiberens?. The station is located somewhere in the UTC-2 hours zone (summer time). Perhaps Radio Missioes da Amazonia or Radio Alvorada ? 

Does anyone know the real identity of the station ? Please help me if you do.
