Same deal happened to me. I had ordered from Amazon WRTH 2003 along with another book back in mid-December, which entitled me to the free shipping. I complained to Amazon and they replied that I could re-order the 'substitute' WRTH 2003 and I *would not* be charged any additional shipping as long as I e-mailed them a reminder at the time of my order.

 

Might want to e-mail customer service and see if they'll help you as they did me.
