RE: [HCDX] Radio Farda heard on 13.680

Hello,
 
I heard Radio Farda also on 21.475 on 23/12/2002 at 13:09 and on 21.575
on 8/1/2003 from 13:30 to 14:00 when they switched off, both with
strong signals. Their web address is www.radiofarda.com (regularly
announced; only for the ones that can read arabic). I don't known
anything more about this station. Where is it located? What power?
Clandestine?
