Don't know if we are talking about the same "Pirate" but from 0400 to about
0410 (Jan 12th) there was some renegade amateur radio operator (Ham) talking
about himself being a "real Pirate" and not the" wanna-be pirates that are
listed in Monitoring Times". Used a little off color language then switched
around frequencies 6955 to 6956 to 6957 to 6955, etc, all in USB mode. He was
quite strong here in the Southwestern part of the US (New Mexico anyway).
