Dear Mr Gupta,

I am just writing to let you know the start up date for HCJB Australia''s 
broadcast to India has been delayed till the 19th January.  I will advise 
you of any change to this.  I will be
away till the 17th Jan and will be unable to check emails.

We will appreciate very much your help with reports from New Delhi.

In my spare time I operate on the 14mHz amateur band under my amateur call 
sign of VK3MO.  Recently I have made quite a few contacts with stations in 
India with good signals.
