[HCDX] preamplifiers

Hi all,

I have picked up a couple of good quality splitters thanks to a friend in 
the USA, now I'm looking for a preamplifier suitable for MW (and LW if 
possible). Probably something around 10dB would be fine.

Would appreciate any recommendations and anything second-hand would be of 
interest. Must work on 12v DC!
