[HCDX] Togo 5047, Tanzania 5050 off?

R Togo on 5047 has improved their modulation.
Heard on 5 Dec at 2215 UTC with what sounded
like news reports in French. Several times heard
"Radio Lome" mentioned in the end of each news
report. Carrier is strong, but some further work
is needed to make the audio good. Well, it seems
they're trying anyway.

Have not heard R Tanzania on 5050 during
evenings for 1-2 weeks. Seems they're off
at the moment.
