[HCDX] China on 4800 kHz

Hi,

the Chinese transmitter on 4800 kHz (CNR 1) starts now at 16 UTC (ex 1300).
It seems the transmitter is used on other frequency until 1600. That is why it
appears on 4800 kHz usually at 1601, delayed by retuning (?)...
