[HCDX] China on 4940 kHz

Hi,

I heard China on 4940 kHz (11 NOV at 2240 UTC).

Have not seen it listed recently. There are some Chinese stations on this frequency
listed as inactive (maybe only in my not very much up-to-date list?) like Haixia,
Huayi, Qinghai... Too weak for ID, looked like a lesson...
