[HCDX] Radio Rezonans 882 kHz

Just an hour ago, at 16.00 hours UTC, I noticed Radio Rezonans on 882 kHz. The programme was // 1017 kHz. Does anybody know the QTH of this transmitter? The frequencies 1017 and 675 (for Siberia) were given in the identification.
