[HCDX] 6280 IRRS test

ITALY NON 6280 IRRS 2049-2203 about one hour test yesterday evening on
this new frequency in English and Italian with many ids. Signal strong
from S 7 to 9+20, with fading and with not a so good modulation. I sent
them a report that they confirmed in 5 minutes. They say that they are
going on air with 100 kw but the tx is not in Italy. Where? E-mail:
