Hannu,
Are you sure you listened to R. Villa ? When I heard 4960 last month, there
was again "R. Cima 100" on this frequency (4959.9 to be exact). As far as I
know these are two different stations (though very similar program format -
endless bachata music), but they belong to the same owner and/or chain. Over
the past 5 years or so both have appeared and disappeared and re-appeared on
4960 (or at least near it).
