[HCDX] Luxembourg 6090

While I'm writing, let me respond belatedly to a recent enquiry about RTL's
49m outlet. It was on 6,090 at typically 50kW to serve all of Europe, and
IIRC was || 1,439 though all I can remember listening to was the Dutch top
20 on Sunday lunchtime. The French LW service was carried on a low-power SW
Tx on 15,350, and IIRC was there as a point-to-point link for some family
members in Africa somewhere. It was seldom heard in Britain.
