1314	NORWAY Kvitsoy, SEP 26  0247 - Man w/tk in pres. NN; fade to 0303 then
back up with more M ancr and mx. Just a het by 0313 recheck. Poor-fair. All
TA DX tonight was best on the Carolina Beam. (Atkins-WA)
