[HCDX] New Afghani station

Hi all,

This from NZRDXL member Martin Hadlow, who is working in Afghanistan for 
the UN.

"In passing, I have just come back to Kabul from Bamiyan in the north of
Afghanistan. A radio station is now on the air there. Radio Bamiyan
broadcasts with 400 watts on 1500 kHz. What a catch that would be! "
