| September 14, 1230 UTC: Heard two stations operating on 15 meters, one was VOA using 19010 kHz in Uzbek and was part of a long mix of VOA and RL services to Central Asia which started recently; the other was on 18990 and it was heard in an undetermined language, and another station was underneath it...does the 18990 outlet have an IBB connection or is it from another country? Reception was good on both freq's using the Sony ICF-SW7600G connected with an AN-LP1 active loop antenna, monitored in an open location away from any electrical noises.
