[HCDX] RKI Transmitter damage by Typhoon

Dear All,

RKI transmitting facilities in Kimjae, in the southern part of Korea, was
severely damaged by the recent typhoon Rusa. As a result, reception
conditions on the frequencies 
15575KHz (23:00~04:00UTC) and 13670KHz (07:00~11:00UTC) are
not sounding their best.... However they are  trying to repair
it.
