[HCDX] once again R América

Hello,

there is something new from Radio América, Paraguay. Mr. Adán Mur, technical
assistent of the station, told me in a private mail, that there are plans to
reactivate 7740 kHz. He points out, that the station already used this
frequency some time ago with good results. Here now an overview concerning
all relevant frequencies of Radio América:

1480  normal outlet
1610  testing, omnidirectional
7300  directed to Buenos Aires
7740  planned, directed to La Paz
15185 planned, omnidirectional

Let's wait and hear, what's going on there!
