A bit later in the afternoon they broadcast on 15375,
allegedly in Bambara and Arabic, but I have only heard
audio fragments twice in a period of several weeks.

Most of the power seems to go into a (slightly distorted)
50 Hz hummmm......

I wonder if Radio Cairo has any listeners outside of the
studio.
