[HCDX] WTOP 1500 To Temp Go Off The Air

50kW powerhouse, all news WTOP 1500 kHz will go off the air 9 PM on Saturday 
(0100 UTC Sunday) to about 5 AM on Sunday (0800 UTC Sunday).  This is 
according to www.dcrtv.com.  Good time especially for us in the Washington 
DC metro area to hear what else is out there.
