[HCDX] pirate information

This saturday while trying to hear the WWV Time info, I heard a few hispanic
speaking people chatting amusingly at such frequency. Anyone has hear the
same chat?

Cuba. Iwas told by a local SWLer that there is a clandestine station beaming
out directly from Cuba at the 9000 and or 11000 +/- Any further information
on such?
