[HCDX] UNID 9285.1

Hi,

I've run into a spanish language unid on 9285.1, I've heard
a few sound bites like:

"... nacional de ..."  (de chile??)
"Nacional, responsabilidade para informar ..."

Does anybody know which station this could be ?

I'm listening in Curitiba, Brazil with an R75 and a 15 meter T2FD.
