[HCDX] RE: UNID on 19640 kHz

Here in Japan, Now(1200UTC), I could get a hamonics of CNR1(9820khz) on
19640 khz.
It was Chinese program at this time.

What is this station heard a couple of times with very poor reception on
19640 kHz around 1930 UTC. Really no clue about language etc.... My rx
is AOR 7030 Plus.
