5996.5 R Melodia, 0555, noted back near old freq after a spell on 5940. 
Suffering QRM from Mali as they signed on just prior to 0600 though Melodia 
up and dominating after 0630 and well past 0750 with fair signals and 
all-talk program. Ormandy May 22
