[HCDX] CBS Radio Taipei International drops one frequency to Europe

At its website http://www.cbs.org.tw/english/index.htm CBS Radio Taipei
International informed 04/17/2002: "Our broadcast to Europe from 2200 to
2300 on 11565 kHz will be cancelled starting May 1st. Listeners in  Europe
will still be able to tune in at that time slot on 15600 kHz."
