It's not Juelich in any case, it's Wertachtal. Sounds like they could have
been using the wrong antenna for the first part of the transmission. I would
not expect a signal beamed from Germany to Africa to come in at 55444 in
Russia :-) But I've forwarded this to one of my technical colleagues in case
there is something in the log that might explain this.
