[HCDX] Timeliness of HCDX

Sir:

I have received several emails from your service this morning which lets me 
know that you must have had a server problem over the past 24-36 hours.  Is 
that so?  I am getting emails which were time-stamped on Friday and early 
Saturday only today after 1100 UTC.  Is this true re the server, or is 
there a delay built in regarding emails to HCDX?  I have noticed no unusual 
activity from others in regard to email delays.
