[HCDX] Who relays DW on 819 kHz?

Hi,

I heard Deutsche Welle (DW) on 819 kHz in Russian today, MAR 31 at 1700 UTC.
IS, ID and a program called "Man and Nature".

I heard it ouside my shack on a portable radio pointed easterly. In the
shack on AR7030 and external antenna I heard Egypt only. Back to portable
radio but the weak signal was already covered by Egypt, later also by Italy.
Did not come back, I have been waiting for an hour until 1800 to hear the IS
again, but heard nothing...

If you speculate on a parasite signal on my portable radio: it is Grundig
Satellit 6001, old one but good on MW. I never heard a parasite signal from
SW in the MW band of this receiver.
